3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it as needed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
• You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all fees and applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Do not use the Service to spam, harass, or violate consumer protection laws (including TCPA, TSR, and Do-Not-Call rules).
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer, or access non-public areas.

7. Lead Data & Compliance

• You represent and warrant that you have lawful rights to upload and process all lead data you provide.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws (e.g., lending, telemarketing, privacy, data protection).
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any lead data or outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, content, trademarks, and branding, is owned by VerifyLoan.ai or its licensors and is protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. You may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyLoan.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
